I have only requested one catalogue, why am I receiving more?

To give you an overview of our current collection, we take the liberty of sending you a small, prepared selection of catalogues at intervals of several weeks. We informed you of this in the first catalogue letter. If you would like to stop receiving further catalogues, just give us a call at 0203 936 5 456.

How do I find the right size?

It's very simple! If you would like personal advice, you can reach our size specialists daily from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm at 0203 936 5 456. You can enter your measurements in the size calculator under "Size advice" on the website or compare them with the size chart in the service pages of the catalogue.

Is a subsequent delivery free of charge?

Yes, of course all subsequent deliveries are postage-free. You only pay the flat-rate postage fee stated in our terms and conditions once per order.

How can I redeem gifts, vouchers or promotions?

Our promotional codes are only valid once in conjunction with an online order. Please note the minimum order value stated in each case. Subsequent crediting or cash payment as well as a combination with other voucher or gift promotions is not possible.
