You may return your good(s) for free from anywhere in the UK.
For any return or cancellation, you may be liable for any loss of value of the good(s) if this loss in value is as a result of your handling of the good(s) beyond what is necessary for inspecting the nature, characteristics and functioning of the good(s) (e.g. handling beyond what might reasonably be allowed in a shop). If the good(s) have not yet been delivered to you on the date on which we receive your request to cancel, your refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of the date on which we receive your request. Your right to cancellation:
You have a general right to cancel a contract for good(s) at any time and without giving any reason up to the expiry of at least 14 days from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you who is not the delivery carrier have or has taken possession of the good(s) (the “Cancellation Period”). To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) in the case of us by either writing to us at MADELEINE Fashion Ltd, Woodview Road, Paignton, TQ4 7SR, via email at [email protected] or telephone (0333 400 0 400). You can also simply submit the cancellation form found in your parcel with your return/cancellation. Whichever option you select, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of your cancellation on a durable medium (e.g. an email) without delay. It would be helpful to provide your customer and order number to allow us to deal with your request quickly. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your cancellation communication before the
“Cancellation Period” has expired. If you cancel a contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery charges.

The vast majority of our good(s) are delivered within 5 to 6 working days. However, delivery timescales can vary depending on the availability of the good(s), your address and any other factors outside of our control. Stock permitting, we aim to despatch all good(s) quickly, but please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Availability is guaranteed only while stocks last. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date upon request or the moment your parcel reaches the Royal Mail network (via an email notification). If you do choose to cancel your order for late delivery, you can do so for just some of the good(s) or for all of them, unless splitting them up would significantly reduce their value. If some of the good(s) have been delivered to you, you will have to return them to us, and we will pay the costs of this. After you cancel your order we will refund any sums you have paid to us for the cancelled good(s) and their delivery.
