The success of MADELEINE is based on the employees and their respectful interactions with one another. We support this with great commitment and a variety of individual sponsorships.
Our common goal is to act with social and ecological responsibility and to inspire our customers.
"Tolerance, mutual respect and diversity are indisputable components of our ethical mission statement and our corporate culture. Respect for human dignity and the free development of one's personality now and in the future - are very important to us.
We have developed a 'CULTURE CODE' for social and appreciative interaction with one another and are constantly working on improvements for an attractive work environment in which each individual can further develop their skills and use them optimally."
WOMEN EMPOWERMENT
As part of our corporate culture, we understand the principle of "fairness and respect" in our dealings with our employees and partners. This also includes gender equality.
The TriStyle Group has therefore adopted the Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs) as an initiative of UN Women and UN Global Compact for the empowerment of women in the business environment.
With a female quota of 77% as well as a quota of over 65% for the female management positions, MADELEINE takes responsibility to promote equality.
"At MADELEINE, our employees, and their expertise, are in the foreground; they are important for our long-term success with our female customers. To achieve this, it is essential to promote female leadership and establish feminine role models at all levels. We are proud of our supportive, flexible, leadership culture. Our employees value the MADELEINE culture, especially in times of Covid-19."
Karin Zimmermann, CEO
Both at MADELEINE itself and in production countries, we support women in the areas of reconciliation of family and career, as well as in achieving their financial independence and strengthening their rights.
"We know what moves our customers, what concerns them and what is important to them. We also show this interest and understanding to our employees. We offer them - irrespective of gender - the right balance between work and family life. The Women's Empowerment Principles have therefore long been core values for MADELEINE to which we are happy to officially commit ourselves. With our extraordinary quota of women, the Women's Empowerment Principles also spur us on to constantly expand and improve our commitment."
